Library News & Updates

Out of an abundance of caution,the Clark Public Library will only be open for curbside pickup until at least Monday December 14th. Please check back here for updates. The safety of the community is our number one priority, and we have many innovative ways to continue to serve you while the building is closed.

Library Service Hours for the week of 12/7 are:

Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 9:30am-5pm

Tuesday & Thursday 9:30am-6:30pm

Saturday 9:30am-1:30pm


Customers may return their library materials at any time to the book drop outside of the library. Please do not leave any items outside of the building. Returned items are quarantined for 7 days and will remain checked out to your library card until the quarantine period is complete.


Customers will be able to continue to get library materials through Curbside Pickup. Library cardholders with a valid Clark or Mural library card can use the curbside pickup at Clark Public Library.

Items checked out after December 1, 2020 will continue to be subject to late fees. We will not be charging rental fees to check out DVDs while the library is closed.


While the building may be closed, all virtual programs at Clark Public Library will continue. We have activities, workshops and lectures planned for all ages. For a complete list, click here.


The library is offering a new service called Libdata/Mobile printing that allows you to use email to print to the library from anywhere.

The library offers eBooks, magazines, audiobooks, newspaper and even crafting instructions & classes for free with your library card. Please click here to access our digital collection.


  • If you need a card, please send circulation an email at with the following information: your first and last name, phone, address, and birthdate. Or fill out our online form by clicking here for a library card. The library will email you a new card or you can pick up your card in person.
  • If you need a library card to access our online materials, need your card renewed, or your PIN reset, please email or call 732-388-5999


All expiring Clark resident library cards in good standing will be extended.

The library will not be taking donations at this time.
